Steven Crowder is a US-Canadian comedian and political commentator.[1] He hosts Louder with Crowder. The show is on YouTube and on Rumble.
On 1 October 2026 his Rumble channel showed 1.93 million followers, and it was still posting.[2] That figure is a stock of follows. It is not the number of people watching a show.
The New York Times reported on 25 October 2025 that he had 5.8 million YouTube subscribers and 2.5 million followers on X. The same article said that as far back as 2017 he had been inviting students to debate him at a table marked "Change My Mind."[3] The subscriber count and the X count are stocks on two other sites. They are not the Rumble audience.
Monetization[edit]
In June 2019 YouTube suspended monetization of his channel. Reuters reported that YouTube applied a new policy to Crowder after complaints that his comments about a gay journalist amounted to bigotry. YouTube said a pattern of egregious actions had harmed the broader community. Crowder said the policy would hurt creators.[4] The New York Times reported that YouTube first said the videos, in which he used slurs about journalist Carlos Maza's ethnicity and sexual orientation, did not violate its rules, then said they did.[5] In December 2019 the Times reported that he was still barred from the ad program, and that Crowder said he had not intended the comments to offend.[6]
The BBC reported in 2023 that YouTube had temporarily suspended him in 2021 for breaking its hate-speech rules after comments on transgender issues, and that he was by then predominantly on Rumble.[1]
None of the follower counts on this page is an average audience, a peak, or a statement of what the show earns.
