Alex Jones is a conspiracy theorist who broadcasts on Rumble. The Guardian reported in September 2023 that he was on the platform, and that he had been ordered to pay about £1.2 billion to families of the Sandy Hook school shooting after falsely claiming the attack was a hoax.[1] The hoax claim is false. The damages figure is the Guardian's report of the order.
WIRED reported that Nick Fuentes moved America First to Cozy.tv, which Fuentes built in collaboration with Jones, after DLive suspended Fuentes in 2021.[2]
