El Xokas
Joaquín Domínguez Portela (born 13 April 1991), known as El Xokas (also styled ElXokas / Elxokas), is a Spanish Twitch streamer, YouTuber, and entrepreneur from Galicia. He rose from Real Madrid video post-production work to become one of Spain’s most-subscribed Twitch channels, initially through World of Warcraft and later through large multi-creator events such as SquidCraft Games. Domínguez was born on 13 April 1991 in the Lugo province of Galicia; his father is from A Coruña and his mother from Abadín, and his family operates a hair salon. He attended Colegio Rosalía de Castro for primary school and Instituto Fingoi for secondary education, then moved to Salamanca for a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Marketing at Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca, followed by postgraduate study in audiovisual post-production in Madrid.<ref name="progreso" />

In 2016 he began working as a video editor/post-producer for Real Madrid C.F. while uploading League of Legends content on YouTube.
