Topson

Topias Taavitsainen (born 14 April 1998), known as Topson, is a Finnish professional Dota 2 mid laner. As a then-unheralded pickup for OG he won The International 2018 and 2019, becoming part of the first repeat TI championship roster.<ref name="wiki">Wikipedia</ref>

Career

Taavitsainen played on lower-tier European sides before OG recruited him ahead of TI8 after late roster upheaval; OG qualified through open qualifiers and won the event. The roster defended the title at TI9. He later appeared for T1 (stand-in), Tundra Esports (including TI13/TI14 era finishes), announced retirement for family and Finnish military service reasons, and was reported as a stand-in for LGD Gaming around TI16 coverage.<ref name="wiki" />
