Phillip Dosen (born 31 May 1999), known as ImperialHal (or Hal), is an American professional Apex Legends player and Twitch streamer. Nicknamed "the CEO," he is frequently described as one of the most successful competitors and highest-profile streamers in the game.<ref name="wiki">Wikipedia</ref>

After early competition in H1Z1 (Cloud9) and Fortnite, Dosen joined Team SoloMid for Apex in 2019 and spent about five years as in-game leader with long-time teammate Reps and rotating third players (including Albralelie, Snip3down, and Verhulst). Career peaks include ALGS Split Playoffs titles and the 2023 ALGS Championship, where he earned MVP recognition and attention as a dual-input (MnK and controller) player.
In 2024 he left TSM for Team Falcons with Zer0 and Genburten. Coverage also cites him among the highest-earning Apex players and as one of the category's largest Twitch channels.<ref name="wiki" />
